i remember my aunt telling me about going 7 days without anything except this drink she made, i think it was water, honey, cayenne pepper, and something else, anyway, you're supposed to have nothing but that for 7 days, then after that, drink some water with salt and go poop a lot.

I realize that the majority of the weight loss people experience during a cleanse or detox comes from the dietary regimen that they follow during it. However, does the cleansing of the colon by itself or whatever is found in most cleanses do anything for weight loss.

DOES COLON CLEANSE AND/OR ACAI BERRY HELP SHED WEIGHT FAST?
Had perfect hot body whole life until last two years. I now weigh 215lbs. thanks to quitting work to stay home with my children got lazy, sit slept a lot, ate TONS of junk and fast food, no exercise at all. Been eating completely healthy for a few weeks now, no more than 1800 calories and 60 fat grams per day. Losing weight but very slowly 1 or 2 lbs. a week. I'd like to speed it up if I can. I heard that colon cleanse and acai berry supplements will shed weight quickly. Is this true???
