the colon cleanse i would like to use says to take one tablespoon up to three times a day but i wanted to know how this measures up to having it done professionally example would one day one tablespoon three times a day of the at home colon cleanse be more or less of a cleanse compared to a Professional colon cleanseand no im not using it as a diet i'm jus asking a question

I was all set to buy this Dual Action Cleanse very expensive I was gonna save up and everything then I read reviews from hundreds of people saying it's horrible and they are a scam and wont stop charging your credit card and the product doesn't work at all. Even though I sat through the whole entire informercial and was convinced. I bought a colon cleanse for 10 dollars at rite aid before and it doesn't really do anything. So I'm just wondering if anyone has tried one that actually works. I am trying to lose weight and I know that it's a good thing to flush our your system because I could be carrying up to 20 pounds of you know what without knowing it. I could get rid of that overnight or so, plus it gives you more energy and I'm having to work in the sun so I need it. thanks.
