Anyone know what's the best thing to mix with super colon cleanse powder? How long should I use it?
When I first took it I mixed 2 teaspoons to some juice and only took it that 1 time. I am going to try it again but how many times a day would it be best to do it.
Should my stomach hurt real bad after taking colon cleanse powder?
I took some colon cleanse powder with Senna leaf in it. After a few hours my stomach really stated hurting bad I went to the bathroom at it my stomach was killing me Is this normal? If I don't have to go, it doesn't hurt much but when I have to go, it hurts bad I know it sounds funny and it kind of is, but it really hurts. I can't wait for this to go away LOLI think the Senna is what did it. It had 3 grams of Senna per table spoon. I think I took 4 tablespoons. I can usually take a lot of the psylium husk but not a lot of Senna.
What's better...taking those colon cleanse powder/pills or having a hospital giving their own version?
Protein powder mixed with Colon cleanse powder?
I'm on a diet and recently started mixing a tablespoon of colon cleanse in with my protein. I'm starting to wonder if this is going to effect how the protein is digested. Does anyone know if this is ok to do or should I take them separately? I want to get the most out of my protein but I also want to maintain proper digestion since I have a tendency to get constipated fairly easy. The colon cleanse product contains strictly fiber and psyllum husk.
