What is a good colon cleanse recipe?
If anyone knows of a RECIPE that includes 1. ingredients2. amounts servings3. step by step instructions4. other relevant details like precautions etc. I would really appreciate it. Thanks I have been reading through yahoo answers and websites and apparently people are having a hard time with the term " recipe" . Please don't tell me about websites, products or enemas as I have researched and am not interested in that. It's not for constipation as I am very regular because I don't eat junk . I am curious to see if a cleanse will help with dark circles under my eyes. Thank you, thank you, thank you DI understand that some may not agree that a colon cleanse is useful. Even the vegies and friuts are full of " unnatural" things. & I only started eating better a couple years ago. i know, i know. its a bit gross. but being a woman i know its not uncommon for us to not be " regular" but quite frankly, im tired of feeling miserable headaches, acne, feeling sluggish are all symptoms of not being regular any ideas for " cleaning" would be greatly appreciated lol...thanks
