ok so Im 20 5,1 and I weight 130 and I will like to lose like 10 pounds Im already doing some exercises and I don't drink soda, juice or allot of junk food, but I have along time without cleaning my colon and I used to eat really bad and I know I need a colon cleanse but I heard that it makes you lose weight because since I need to clean my sistem and I need to lose some weight that's good, but i will like to know where do you lose the pounds? in your stomach only? or in all the body?
Does the acai berry and colon cleanse diet really work?
I have been struggling to loose weight for a long time. I cut down my meals, did more activities outside, excluded a lot of sweet things from my diet. I am trying my best to loose weight, I even tried exercising and those workout shows on T.V. I am very busy person and i need something that will help me lose weight fast enough but in a healthy way. I saw a bunch of ads about the acai berry and colon cleanse diet and i decided to do research on it. I was skeptical at first but then i saw videos on the diet, Dr. Oz said something about it. I started to fall into it but i still wasn't sure. I researched further for other people's responses to it. They say its a scam, blah blah blah. Most people really haven't tried it for themselves. so i just wanna know does this stuff really WORK? IMPORTANT NOTE WHEN I MEANT TO ASK THIS QUESTION, I WANT RESPONSES FROM PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TRIED THE PRODUCT AND HAVE HAD GOOD OR BAD RESULTS FROM IT. Do colon cleanses help in weight loss?
I realize that the majority of the weight loss people experience during a cleanse or detox comes from the dietary regimen that they follow during it. However, does the cleansing of the colon by itself or whatever is found in most cleanses do anything for weight loss.
What's a good colon cleanse home remedy?
i remember my aunt telling me about going 7 days without anything except this drink she made, i think it was water, honey, cayenne pepper, and something else, anyway, you're supposed to have nothing but that for 7 days, then after that, drink some water with salt and go poop a lot.

has anyone tried these after ordering the free trial it has cost me so far shipping was 8 something then arrived over the 2 5 days promised over 8 days and still waiting for the colon cleanse 10.63 just to pick the one up, they didnt even ship them at the same time.... And now I am seeing websites saying this Company Nuskin Singapore Is a scam and steals peoples money off their credit cards ect.... But havent seen anything if their products actually work. Supposibly to help Aid you in weightloss if you eat properly and exercise.Anyone have any experience with these or any products that actually worki went there but there wasnt anything bad about it.... It just says websites that have been reported as misleading for preventing flu and H1N1....
Is Power Colon Cleanse a Scam?
i went to this website that someone posted as a response lead me to power colon cleanse site. when i went back to the question that answer wasn't there probably deleted or something. read alot about it being a scam after i paid the 4.95$ shipping. Am i screwed?i know its water weight and feces, but i wanted something to flush me out anyways but am kinda scared to do laxatives. dont really care if it works as long as they dont charge me 80$ at the end of the month
