Colon Cleanse without breaking the bank?
I've just discovered a colon cleanse could be very beneficial to me for my weight, sluggishness, and constipation. I am really excited about this but after doing a search on Cleansers, they are expensive I am in no financial shape to spend $80 a month for this. I did read about the " Master Cleanse" , the one with lemon juice and maple syrup. That just does not sound practical for me. I NEED to eat lol, at least once a day. I'm a mom, student, and full time employee, and the lack of food will make me crash horribly. So I would love to try an at home recipe, just not that one lol. Does anyone know of any colon cleansers that actually work and cost no more than $30? oh, and I have to be able to eat something. Brands? Homemade Cleansers? Certain Vitamins? Please and thank you the internet has proven to be a very effective tool in doing research. who says I've spent a lot of time on the internet anyways? it's funny how I have NEVER heard of any adverse effects of doing a colon cleanse. after numerous failed attempts at other solutions for my symptoms which are not limited to what I have posted , this seems to be one more thing I could try. k thnx.
