How old do you have to be to get your colon cleansed?
im 13. Nearly 14 and i havent been having the best balanced diet. ive been overeating and stuff. and sometimes i eat a lot in a day and hardly get any waste out. i dont drink much water and i always feel bloated after eating.. well not always bt most of the time. if i eat a load of sweets my arms and stuff start to hurt. but that happened to me a long time ago and i got a blood test to check if it was diabetes but it werntCould i get my colon cleansed out???

I've not done a lot of research on it I know that there are several diets drinks that you can use. But is all just hype? If you've done it, did you feel 'amazingly better' after? Info is appreciated
What homemade remedy should I use for a colon cleanse?
I want to do a colon cleanse. I have been eating healthy and exercising but my bowel movements haven't been normal. I have been having a bowel movement every day but it's just not as much as it used to be. I feel very bloated all the time. Even when I stop eating 3 hours before going to bed I still always wake up feeling full. I think it might also be contributed to extra water weight that I haven't lost yet. I'm thinking of doing the master cleanse lemonade diet for a couple of days. Or maybe a saltwater flush? I have used magnesium citrate before but it didn't even make me use the restroom. Anyway, any advice you have is greatly appreciated. What do you think I should do? Do you have any homemade colon cleanse recipes? Thanks
